Who We Are

Fundamental Health and Community Development Services, (FHCDS) was established and founded in 2003 by a group of professional healthcare workers, community leaders and concerned citizens in response to the needs within our community.  FHCDS primary goal is to assist people to achieve self sufficiency and sustainability in healthcare. Self sufficiency can be achieved through multiple means. FHCDS has not limited our activities to only one area, but utilizes a multifaceted approach to assist people to achieve physical and environmental health.

Mission

With a foundation that is rooted health, to strengthen families by enabling people from disadvantaged circumstances to realize their full potential to reside within our community self sufficiently.
